Fire Risk Assessments

Fire Evacuation and or zone Plans
To enable safe evacuation from a building or complex, a fire evacuation plan is required. We are able to offer a full evacuation plan in both hard and electronic formats.
Fire Door Inspections
Inspections on all types of Fire Doors, Residential and Commercial
Building safety Cases
A report required for all 18m + or 7 Storey Residential Buildings. Enforced by the Building Safety Regulator (HSE).
If your building is called to produce the report you have 28 days to provide it to the regulator.
Systems Maintenance
Fire Alarms
Where a building has a fire alarm installed, it must be serviced at least twice a year, unless a risk assessment states otherwise, and the the frequency can only be increased.
Let us be the "competent" person carrying out your maintenance, providing you with a certificate, and where necessary a report of the condition of the system, with any works required
Emergency Lighting
The British standard, requires all emergency lighting in a building to be regularly inspected. This includes a monthly test alongside a full 3 hour duration test once per year.

Fire Extinguishers
Annual Maintenance on fire extinguishers is required to ensure they operate as designed in the event of their required use. Every 5/10 years from new the units are also due a more extensive test.
Panther Fire Solutions are able to offer annual maintenance contracts, and also supply, install and commission new fire extinguishers into your buildings.
Fire Extinguisher Hire For Events
Renting fire extinguishers may be a more cost effective solution compared to an outright purchase.
When renting fire extinguishers, we include the annual maintenance, there are no additional charges above the monthly rental, so you are able to effectively budget effectively.
Another advantage is there is no initial outlay. You can pay monthly and spread costs over the year.

AOV / Smoke Vent
AOV / Smoke Vents are a specially designed system to help people evacuate a building and or support the fire service by extracting smoke from critical areas of the building including stairwells.
This is a highly specialised area, with fire engineer designs and evacuation plans to be considered.
Panther Fire Solutions are able to offer maintenance contracts, and also supply, install and commission new systems into your buildings.
Salamander / Agrippa Door Hold Devices
Panther Fire Solutions Ltd, is proud to have been accepted as an approved installer for Geofire.
Geofire is the manufacturer of the wire-free acoustic Agrippa range and radio controlled Salamander range of fire door holders, closers and accessories. Both ranges are completely battery-powered and wire-free so there is no need to disrupt the building’s infrastructure.
